Terms & Conditions BLACK & WHITE / CAMERA-READY ARTWORK A camera-ready Black & White artwork must be supplied with every order. Well detailed graphic design or text should be on a velox or e-mailed at ACTUAL SIZE in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw format. FREE FAX PAPER PROOF FREE PMS COLOR COLOR SEPARATION FOR PRINTING Artwork must be provided in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw format, with all options ready for color separation. Any touch-ups or adjustments to the artwork will be charged to the distributor at a rate of $30.00 (G) per hour. COLOR MATCHING The best matches will be achieved when printing on a white product. Blank Items: End quantity price. Laser engraving: set-up $ 40 (G). PRODUCTION Production will begin 7 working days after artwork and credit approval. 5 days or less production free of charge depending quantity. Contact the office for more details. Inventory stock is on a first come first serve basis. Changes to orders must be submitted in written form referencing purchase order number. Fax or E-mail orders acceptable, verbal orders are not accepted. Credit 30 days will be applicable once the credit has been accepted. CLAIMS Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon reception. If you have a claim or complaint, e-mail or fax our office. All claims must be received within 10 days from the date of reception of merchandise. QUANTITIES We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantities ordered and will invoice accordingly. Less than minimum orders add $30.00 (G) and orders must be no less than half of the quantities listed in the catalogue. CANCELLATIONS Orders cannot be changed or cancelled without our agreement and any cost already incurred will be invoiced to the distributor. Any changes or cancellations must be sent in writing.
